Land Reserved in the Land District of Wellington and Declared to be the Queen Elizabeth Park Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to be known as the Queen Elizabeth Park Domain.

Land Reserved in the Land District of Otago and Declared to Form Part of Papatowai Scenic Reserves

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Papatowai Scenic Reserves to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Scenic Board.

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the public domain described in the Schedule hereto and known as the Henderson Domain shall henceforth be known as the Hart Domain.

Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve in Canterbury Land District

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation for a reserve for a paddock for the Rabbit Inspector over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Withdrawing Land from Wanganui River Trust Domain and Adding it to Taumarunui and Rangaroa Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is withdrawn from the Wanganui River Trust Domain, and, further, declares the said land to form part of the Taumarunui and Rangaroa Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940

Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the persons described in Column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorize them to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of their employment for the employers described in Column 2 of the said Schedule but shall not authorize them while they are under the age of eighteen years to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
