FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing four decimal fifty-five perches (4·55 perches), more or less, situate in the City of Palmerston North, being part of Sections 858 and 859 of the Township of Palmerston North, and being part of Lot 2 on Deposited Plan No. 1334; as the same is more particularly defined on Survey Office Plan No. 23226 and coloured blue thereon; and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 136, folio 244, Wellington Registry, and being bounded as follows:
Commencing on the south-eastern boundary of Lot 2, Deposited Plan No. 1334, at a point on such boundary 39·39 links from the south-western alignment of Donnington Street, and proceeding in a south-westerly direction along the aforesaid boundary of Lot 2, Deposited Plan No. 1334, for a distance of 60·61 links; and thence in a north-westerly direction along the south-western boundary of Lot 2, Deposited Plan No. 1334, for a distance of 46·97 links; and thence in a north-easterly direction by a line of bearing 239° 42′ 53″ for a distance of 60·61 links; thence in a south-easterly direction by a line of bearing 329° 42′ 53″ for a distance of 46·97 links to the point of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE
All that parcel of land containing one decimal forty-three perches (1·43 perches), more or less, situate in the City of Palmerston North, being part of Section 859 of the Township of Palmerston North, and being part of Lot 2 on Deposited Plan No. 1334; as the same is more particularly defined on Survey Office Plan No. 23226 and coloured yellow thereon, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 136, folio 244, Wellington Registry, and being bounded as follows:
Commencing on the south-western alignment of Donnington Street at a point 22·72 links from the north-western alignment or termination of Donnington Street, and being also the intersection of the south-eastern boundary of Lot 2, Deposited Plan No. 1334, and the south-western alignment of Donnington Street, and proceeding in a south-westerly direction along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 2, Deposited Plan No. 1334, for a distance of 39·39 links; thence in a north-westerly direction by a line of bearing 329° 42′ 53″ for a distance of 22·72 links; thence in a north-easterly direction by a line of bearing 59° 42′ 53″ a distance of 39·39 links to a point being the intersection of the south-western and north-western alignments of Donnington Street; thence in a south-easterly direction along the south-western alignment of Donnington Street for a distance of 22·72 links to the point of commencement.
THIRD SCHEDULE
All that parcel of land containing three roods twenty-six decimal fifty-six perches (3 roods 26·56 perches), more or less, situate in the City of Palmerston North, being part of Section 836 of the Township of Palmerston North, and being the balance of land in certificate of title, Volume 17, folio 98, Wellington Registry.

TIMARU CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Housing Loan 1954
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Timaru City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on the Housing Loan 1954, of £50,000, authorized to be raised by the Timaru City Council under the abovementioned Act for the purpose of acquiring land for subdivision, providing water and sewerage services, and selling the sections for building houses thereon, and for other purposes in relation thereto prescribed by law, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·7591d. in the pound upon the whole amount of unimproved value of all rateable property in the whole of the City of Timaru, and such special rate to be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten years, or until such loan is fully paid off.”
