Revocation of Appointment of Certain Garage Proprietors for Issue of Warrants of Fitness

PURSUANT to regulation 11 of the Traffic Regulations 1936, the Minister of Transport hereby revokes the approval of the firm described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of the issue of warrants of fitness for motor vehicles.

Revoking Portion of a Warrant Excluding Streets from Limitation as to Speed, and Excluding Road from the Speed Limitation Imposed by the Transport Act 1949, Section 36

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby revokes that portion of the Warrant dated the 8th day of October 1957,* which applies to that part of the road described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby excludes that portion of the road described in the Second Schedule hereto from the limitation as to speed imposed by the said section.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Whangarei Borough—

Otaiika Road (all that portion from the Waiariki Stream bridge to the southern boundary of Whangarei Borough as now constituted, a distance of approximately 56 chains).

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Whangarei Borough—

Otaiika Road (all that portion commencing at a point two chains measured generally in a southerly direction from the junction of the said road with Tarewa Road, proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction, and terminating at the intersection of Otaiika Road with the south-western boundary of Whangarei Borough).

Citrus Canker Regulations 1952—Revocation of Declaration of Infected Area (Notice No. Ag. 5709)

PURSUANT to regulation 7 of the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, the declaration of the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto as an infected area under the said regulations, made on the 15th day of August 1952, is hereby revoked.
