A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a special school; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of
August 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road and shall
vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
County of Waiapu as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 9th day of August 1954.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter men-
tioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 9th day of August 1954.

19·3 perches.

Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District
