Changing the Purpose of a Scenic Reserve in Otago Land District to Recreation Purposes and Adding the Reserve to Papatowai Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a scenic reserve to a reserve for recreation purposes, and, further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of the said Act, to form part of the Papatowai Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Specifying Charges for Admission to Recreation Reserves and Public Domains Subject to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953

PURSUANT to section 32 (1) (c) of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby specifies that the charges for admission to recreation reserves and public domains shall not exceed the amount or amounts set out hereunder:

Admission to Ground.—Two shillings and sixpence per person. Two shillings per vehicle.
Admission to Stand.—An additional charge of ten shillings per person.
