Defining Limits for the Port of Lyttelton

URSUANT to section 3 of the Harbours Act 1950, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby define the limits
of the port or harbour of Lyttelton to be that area as des-
cribed in the Schedule hereto, and hereby revoke the warrant
dated the 21st day of September 1888 and published in the
Gazette of the 27th day of the same month, at page 1034,
defining the limits of the port of Lyttelton.
SCHEDULE
ALL those tidal waters of the port of Lyttelton comprised
within the area enclosed by the arc of a circle having a
radius of three nautic miles from the northernmost point of
Adderley Head.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 16th day of July 1954.
