Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 acre 2 roods 28.7 perches.

Being Lots 1 to 8 (both inclusive), D.P. 41609, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 869, folio 4 (Auckland Land Registry).

Situated in the Borough of Onehunga.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of July 1954.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of July 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 7.8 perches.

Being Lot 20, D.P. 15128, being part Rural Section 825, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 512, folio 287 (Canterbury Land Registry).
