Pharmacy Industry

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor Spirit

D. M. Wright, Barry’s Bay, Banks Peninsula, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on proposed garage premises at vacant premises of Barry’s Bay Dairy Co., at Barry’s Bay, Banks Peninsula.

F. S. Stevenson and J. F. Perry, Ohura, have applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Ohura.

C. D. Bocock, Te Mawhai, via Kihikihi, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on store premises at Te Mawhai, via Kihikihi.

Ibbotson Bros. Ltd., 106A Devon Street, New Plymouth, has applied for permission to change the retail selling point of five pumps from 106A Devon Street to a new site on service station and garage premises at corner of King and Queen Streets, New Plymouth.

B. A. Aitken, 67 Alpha Street, Cambridge, has applied for permission to change the retail selling point of one pump from garage premises at 67 Alpha Street, Cambridge, to proposed new garage premises about half a mile distant in Commerce Street, Cambridge.

A. R. Mackay Ltd., 33-39 Lichfield Street, Christchurch, has applied for permission to change the retail selling point of one pump from 18 Welles Street, Christchurch, to a new site at 33-39 Lichfield Street, Christchurch.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 29 July 1954, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 2492, Wellington.
