Land Taken for a Milk Treatment Station in the Borough of Balclutha

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a milk treatment station and shall vest in the South Otago Milk Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of July 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 19·64 perches. Being part Section 6.
Situated in Block XXXV, Clutha Survey District (Borough of Balclutha) (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11837.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143489, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of June 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school (teacher’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of July 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 17 of the Housing Improvement Act 1945, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken as for a public work duly authorized by the said Public Works Act and for the purposes of Part I of the said Housing Improvement Act, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of July 1954.
