Land Taken for Housing Purposes in Block I, Cardrona District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of June 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 20 perches.
Being Section 12, Block I, Cardrona District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 117, folio 165 (Otago Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of June 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take place on and after the 28th day of June 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of June 1954.

Being Lot 17, D.P. 33263, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 867, folio 235 (Auckland Land Registry).
