Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land declared to be Crown land:

2 0 18·6 Lots 1, 2, and 3, and Lots 64 to 72 inclusive, D.P. 16952, being part Rural Section 781, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 590, folio 77 (Canterbury Land Registry).
4 1 29·1 Lots 6 to 19 inclusive, and Lots 52 to 63 inclusive, D.P. 17099, being part Rural Section 781, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 596, folio 60 (Canterbury Land Registry).
0 1 10·4 Lots 50 and 51, D.P. 17099, being part Rural Section 781, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 596, folio 59 (Canterbury Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Christchurch.
