IN LIQUIDATION
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 222 of the Companies Act 1933, that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held on the 4th day of June 1954, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:
'1. That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
'2. That Mr ERIC BASIL ROUT, of Invercargill, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.'

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION
In the matter of the Companies Act 1933, and in the matter of C. E. HARRIS LIMITED (in voluntary liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book the above company resolved, on the 10th day of June 1954, to go into voluntary liquidation and appoint JOHN ASPINALL McCULLOCH, Public Accountant, Main Road, Upper Hutt, liquidator for the purpose of conducting the winding-up of the company.
All creditors having claims against the company are required to forward them to me not later than the 20th day of July 1954, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

To receive the liquidator's account of the winding-up and any explanation thereof.
