Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor Spirit

E. F. Nattrass and Co. Ltd., Taradale Road, Onekawa, Napier, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Taradale Road, Onekawa, Napier.

D. H. Jones, corner Blenheim Road and Matipo Street, Christchurch, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at corner of Blenheim Road and Matipo Street, Christchurch.

Cody Ferguson Ltd., Atiamuri, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on garage and engineering premises at Atiamuri.

J. F. Lough, 31 Upper Queen Street, Auckland, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at 31 Upper Queen Street, Auckland.

Mataura Carrying Company, Carlyle Street, Mataura, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit otherwise than through pumps at Carlyle Street, Mataura.

B. R. Dunn, Tolaga Bay, has applied for permission to shift one pump from its present position at Main Street, Tolaga Bay, to a proposed new site four miles north on East Coast Main Highway, Wharekaka.

Lester and Storer, 202 Harewood Road, Papanui, Christchurch, have applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at 2 Bishops Road, Christchurch, and in drums from an oil company depot.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 17 June 1954, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
