Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in South Auckland Land District and Vesting in Hauraki Plains County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the land described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for public buildings, and further, hereby vests the said land in the Hauraki Plains County Council, in trust, for that purpose.

Changing the Purpose of Reserves in Otago Land District

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto from a reserve for a site for a public hall to a reserve for recreation purposes, and hereby changes the purpose of that portion of the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto from a reserve for a site for racemen’s cottages to a reserve for recreation purposes.
