Plant Declared a Noxious Weed in Waitotara County
(Notice No. Ag. 5648)

PURSUANT to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, the Director-General of Agriculture hereby publishes the following special order made by the Waitotara County Council on the 11th day of May 1954.

SPECIAL ORDER

That pursuant to the provisions of section 3 (1) of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Waitotara County Council hereby by Special Order declares the following weed to be a noxious weed within the County of Waitotara, and that this special order shall take effect on 1 June 1954.

Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha and Crataegus monogyna).

Dated at Wellington, this 20th day of May 1954.
