    Omit this regulation.

  2. Returned Empties

Paragraph 2: Omit this paragraph, and substitute the following:

  1. Except as provided in paragraphs 4 to 7 inclusive, the charges for returned empties will be as follows:

  1. Empty Cases for Carriage of Fruit, and Shooks for Manufacture of Fruit Cases

Paragraph 2: Add the following:

Small lots will be charged at the scale for Class E plus 50% (Regulation 71).

Quantities exceeding 5 cwt. will be subject to a minimum charge as for 5 cwt. at the small lots scale.

  1. Boats for Use at Regattas and Surf Skis for Use at Life-saving Competitions

Paragraph 5: Omit the words “free of charge” from the first sentence, and substitute the words “at half rates”.
