Declaring Land to be Subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Moturuna Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part XXIV of the said Act.

Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14, Deposited Plan No. 7199, being part Te Karae No. 4 Block, situated in Block VI, Manganuka Survey District: Total area, 653 acres 2 roods and 31 perches, more or less.

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Te Kaha Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land known as Orete A Block, containing 91 acres 3 roods, more or less, a certain notice dated the 13th day of January 1932 and published in Gazette No. 6 of the 21st day of January 1932, at page 115, whereby the said land, inter alia, was declared to be subject to the provisions of section 522 of the Maori Land Act 1931 (now Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953).

Dated at Wellington, this 28th day of April 1954.
