Withington, 11 Melling Road, Lower Hutt, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at corner Queens Road and Barraud Street, Lower Hutt. Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor Spirit V. A. Thrussell, Waiotira, Northland, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed outside new garage premises at Waiotira, Northland. Lee Young, Main Road, Tawa Flat, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Main Road, Tawa Flat. G. R. Havill and R. H. B. Wilmshurst, corner of Perry and Chapel Streets, Masterton, has applied for deletion of special condition attached to his motor-spirits retail licence to the effect that the two pumps be installed inside the building and concealed from the view of passing motorists. Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 13 May 1954, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
