WAIAPOU COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR CEMETERY

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiapu County Council,
acting under the provisions of the Public Works Act
1928, proposes to take for a cemetery the land described in
the Schedule hereto. Plans of the said lands are deposited
at the Council's Offices at Te Puia and at the offices of
Messieurs Nolan and Skeet, Childers Road, Gisborne, and are
open for inspection by all persons during office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of such works who
have any well-grounded objection thereto must state their
ground of objection in writing and deliver the same to the
Clerk of the Waiapu County Council at Te Puia within forty
days from the first publication of this notice.

SCHEDULE

1 acre 0 roods 0 perches, being part Matahiia I Block, situated
in Block II, Mata Survey District, and coloured orange on
S.O. plan 4831, situate in the County of Waiapu and Land
Registration District of Gisborne.

Notice to Creditors

THE creditors of the above-named company are required on
or before the 30th day of April 1954 to send their
names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims
to the undersigned, the liquidator of the said company, or,
if required by notice in writing from the liquidator, to come
in and prove such debts or claims, or in default thereof they
will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made
before such debts are proved.

IN accordance with section 222 of the Companies Act 1933,
notice is hereby given that, by an entry dated 31 March
1954 in the minute book of the above-named company, the
following special resolutions were passed:

"'1. That the company be wound up voluntarily; and
"'2. That JAMES ARTHUR SYDNEY MARRIS, of Christchurch,
Public Accountant, be, and he is hereby appointed liquidator
of the company.'

NOTICE is hereby given that R. MERCER AND COMPANY LIMITED has changed its name to REAMER GOWNS LIMITED,

of Companies in place of the former name.
