His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Waimarino County, commencing at its junction with Manga-rewa Road and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction, adjoining Sections 23 to 29, inclusive, and Section 31, Block VII, Makotuku Survey District (part Raetihi Farm Settlement), for a distance of 1 mile 12 chains, more or less.
Also all that portion of road in the said land district and county, commencing at its junction with the above described road and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction, adjoining Sections 23, 27, and 31, Block VII, Makotuku Survey District (part Raetihi Farm Settlement), for a distance of 40 chains, more or less.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142644, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
