Alteration of Boundary

known as the Sewer Extension Loan Special Area.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in it by the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, the Christchurch Drainage Board at a meeting held on the 16th day of March 1954, hereby resolves that the boundary of the said special area hereinbefore described and defined shall be further altered so as to include in the said special area all those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto and further resolves that the said areas shall form part of and be included in the Subdivision 'B' of the said special area and that the boundaries of the said Subdivision 'B' shall be altered accordingly so as to include all those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

Kenwyn Avenue

ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the special area boundary, such point being the intersection with the south-western boundary of Lot 1, Deposit Plan No. 16997; thence north-westerly, north-easterly, and south-easterly along the south-western, north-western, and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1 to the special area boundary; thence south-westerly along the special area boundary to the point of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Kenwyn Avenue

ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the special area boundary, such point being the intersection with the south-western boundary of Lot 2, Deposit Plan 17304; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, Deposit Plan No. 17304 to the north-western boundary of Lot 1; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of Lot 1 to the Special area boundary; thence south-easterly and south-westerly along the special area boundary to the point of commencement.

THIRD SCHEDULE

Marshland Road, Balance Hercules St., Balance Sabina St., and Mitre Place

ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the special area boundary, such point being the north-western corner of Lot 27, Deposit Plan No. 14874; thence easterly along the northern boundary of Lot 27, across Sabina Street and along the northern boundary of Lot 26, Deposit Plan No. 14874 to the special area boundary; thence southerly, easterly, southerly, westerly generally, and northerly along the special area boundary to the point of commencement.

FOURTH SCHEDULE

Marshland Road and Joy Street

ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the special area boundary, such point being on the eastern side of Hansons Lane in line with the northern side of Haynes Avenue; thence westerly across Hansons Lane and along the northern side of Haynes Avenue to the eastern side of Ballantyne Avenue; thence northerly along the eastern side of Ballantyne Avenue to the northern boundary of Lot 9, Deposit Plan No. 15781; thence easterly along the northern boundary of Lot 9 to the western boundary of Lot 10; thence northerly along the western boundary of Lot 10 to the north-western corner thereof; thence easterly along the southern boundaries of Lots 7 and 1 to the western boundary of Lot 17; thence northerly along the western boundary of Lot 17 to the north-western corner thereof; thence easterly along the northern boundaries of Lots 17, 18, and 19 to the special area boundary; thence easterly and southerly generally along the special area boundary to the point of commencement.

Alteration of Boundary

In the matter of the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, and in the matter of the area formerly known as and comprising the Borough of New Brighton, being the special area pledged as security for the repayment of the New Brighton Sewerage Loan 1947 of £172,000 and referred to in a resolution of the Board dated the 17th day of February 1948, being the special order authorizing the raising of the said loan.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in it by the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951 the Christchurch Drainage Board at a meeting held on the 16th day of March 1954, hereby resolves that the boundary of the said special area shall be altered so as to include in the said special area all that area more particularly described in the Schedule hereto,
