PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 20th day of June 1947, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 35 of the 26th day of the same month, at page 776, and deposited on the Land Registry Office at Gisborne as No. 1066, taking land and easements over land for defence purposes in Block II, Turanganui Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, the easement taken over such land being no longer required.
