A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of February 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 11 acres 7 perches. Being river-bank reserve, part Section 1, and Oreti River Bed (Crown land), Block XIV, New River Hundred. Situated in Southland County. (S.O. 6106.) In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12611, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
