Price Order No. 1508 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 1441) (Australian Wheat)

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1508, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1441* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
This Order shall come into force on the 18th day of December 1953.
The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking the table set out in subclause (1) of clause 10 and substituting the following table:

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following amending Price Order:

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1509 and shall be read with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1496* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
This Order shall come into force on the 18th day of December 1953.
The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking the maximum prices set out in the Second Schedule thereto relating to the Auckland Metropolitan Area, and substituting the following prices therefor:

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following amending Price Order:

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1510 and shall be read with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1202* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1954.
The principal Order is hereby amended as follows:
‘‘The maximum price that may be charged or received for any milk to which the principal Order applies shall be the maximum price payable in accordance with the principal Order immediately prior to the coming into force of this Order, increased at the rate of 1d. per quart.’

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following amending Price Order:

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1511 and shall be read with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1203* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1954.
The principal Order is hereby amended as follows:
‘‘The maximum price that may be charged or received for any milk to which the principal Order applies shall be the maximum price payable in accordance with the principal Order immediately prior to the coming into force of this Order, increased at the rate of 1d. per quart.’
