A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ormond William Greenslade, of Dunedin, Woolclasser, under and by virtue of licence to occupy Crown lands for pastoral purposes No. 1856, registered in Volume 337, folio 54, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1953.
