PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of an aerodrome (housing), is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1953.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to an unregistered lease to Albert James Charles Smith for a term of five years from the 1st day of May 1952, for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1953.
