At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 30th day of November 1953
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

APPROXIMATE areas of the portions of road declared to be Government road:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 1 39·3 Sections 135 and 136, and Crown land.
6 2 35 Sections 11, 13, 134, 135, and 139, and Crown land.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Waitemata County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Dunedin City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for the whole of its length of less than 66 ft. but not less than 40 ft.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, containing by admeasurement, firstly, 36·53 perches, being part Lot 5, D.P. 3427, being part Section 61, and secondly, 1·78 perches, being part Lot 1, D.P. 3427, being part Section 61.

Vesting a Reserve in the Auckland City Council

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, in trust, for recreation purposes.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
