Stopping Government Road in Block II, Paritutu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped:
2·1 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Section 4, Hua District.
Situated in Block II, Paritutu Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8325.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137554, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of November 1953.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
14 perches.
Being part Section 5; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 1 rood 6 perches.
Adjoining Section 5 and portion of the Taieri River; coloured green.
THIRD SCHEDULE
LAND TAKEN
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 8 perches.
Being part Section 5; coloured blue, edged blue.
All situated in Block XV, Maniototo Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11719).
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141636, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this llth day of November 1953.

Adjoining part Lot 1, D.P. 18984, being part Allotment 120, Koheroa Parish; coloured green.
All situated in Block XIV, Opaheke Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31963.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141635, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
