A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norris, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also hereby take the land in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
