Declaring Portions of Railway Land Near Waipuku to be Crown
Land

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land:
A. R. P. Being
0 3 8 Section 45; coloured red.
4 3 33 Section 46; coloured sepia.
5 0 14 Section 47; coloured orange.
2 0 28 Part Section 48; coloured red.
All in Block XVI, Egmont Survey District.
Situated in Stratford County. (S.O. 8536.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12450, deposited in
the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington,
and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th
day of October 1953.

Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes in Mataroa
Township

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of
November 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
3 roods.
Being Sections 3 and 4, Block I, Mataroa Township.
Situated in Block IX, Ohinewairua Survey District,
Wanganui County. (S.O. 14727.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12468,
deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 20th day of October 1953.

Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to
the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 1 rood.
Being parts of Section 90, District of Kaituna Valley, situated
in Block VIII, Onamalutu Survey District, and being the
balance of the land in Proclamation No. 162 and all the
land in Proclamation No. 324 (Kaituna Valley R.D.).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 24th day of October 1953.
