NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of members will be held in the office of the liquidator, 8 Perry Street, Masterton, on Monday, 16 November 1953, at 9 a.m.

Business: To receive liquidator's report and final statement of accounts, and to adopt an extraordinary resolution to decide the manner (not covered by statutes) in which the books and records of the company are to be disposed of.

Notice to Creditors to Prove

In the matter of the Companies Act 1933, and of the NEW ZEALAND CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES, LIMITED (in liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that by entry in the minute book of the above company, dated the 1st day of October 1953 and signed as provided in the case of a private company by section 300 (1) of the Companies Act 1933, it was resolved as a special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr C. K. HARRISON, of 19 Empire Buildings, Swanson Street, Auckland, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidator doth hereby fix the 13th day of November 1953 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such claims are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY

NOTICE is hereby given that L. K. RUBBER COMPANY, LIMITED, has changed its name to MOTORWAYS (DUNEDIN), LIMITED, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 9th day of October 1953, presented to the said Court by Charles Alfred Russell Holmes, of No. 9 St. George's Bay Road, Parnell, Auckland, Company Director. and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 6th day of November 1953 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of he said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
