A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for housing purposes is hereby set apart, subject to the rights created by memoranda of transfer Nos. 13479 and 14739 (Auckland Land Registry), for the development of water power (Huntly substation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of October 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 acre 2 roods 12.4 perches.
Being Lot 94, D.P.S. 1860, being parts Allotments 9 and 38, Parish of Pepepe, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 67, folio 21, and Volume 908, folio 3 (Auckland Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Huntly.
