boundary to the Piako River; thence down the right bank of
that river to a point in Block X, Waitoa Survey District, in
line with the northern boundary of Section 1s, Walters Settlement;

boundary to the Ngatea-Waharoa Main Highway; thence again
northerly along the eastern side of that highway and the eastern
side of Old Hill Road to the northern boundary of Section 21,

crossing the aforesaid main highway, and along the northern
boundaries of Pawhakaoho Nos. 1B, 2, and 3 Blocks, and a
right line being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the
right bank of the Piako River aforementioned; thence down
the right bank of that river to a point in line with the
southern boundary of Section 1, Block II, Waitoa Survey
District; thence along a right line to and along that boundary
and its production to the Waitoa River; thence down the left
bank of that river to the Piako River; thence along a right
line to the intersection of the right bank of the Piako River
with the right bank of the Waitoa River; thence up the right
bank of the Waitoa River aforesaid to the south-eastern side
of the Paeroa-Tahuna Road in Block VII, Waitoa Survey
District; thence north-easterly generally along the south-
eastern side of that road to a point in line with the generally
western boundary of Section 17 of the last-mentioned Block

the south-western and north-western boundaries of part Lot 2
on D.P. 7833, and the north-western boundary of Lot 1 on
D.P. S. 1406, both lots being parts of Awaiti No. 1J 2B 3
Block, to and along a right line being the last-mentioned
boundary produced to the right bank of the Awaiti Canal;
thence down the right bank of that canal to a point in line
with the north-western boundary of Section 70, Block VI,
Waihou Survey District; thence along a right line to the
westernmost corner of the said Section 70, the point of
commencement.

Regular Force

33760 Sergeant Robert Ernest Walls Stephens is granted
a short-service commission for a period of three years as
from 2 September 1953 in the rank of Lieutenant, with
seniority from 2 September 1949, and is appointed Instructor,
R.N.Z.A.C., C.M.D. Training Depot. Dated 2 September 1953.
