A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of September 1953.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of September 1953.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of September 1953.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land set apart: 35·6 perches.
Being part Block 16, McLean’s Township of Pokeno, being part Allotment 15, Parish of Mangatawhiri (L.T. 19787), being part land in Proclamation No. 12925.
Situated in Block I, Maramarua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 37259.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141200, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of September 1953.
