Crown Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Buller County, containing by admeasurement 60 acres, more or less, being Section 11, Block VII, Kongahu Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 101/17, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Nelson plan S.O. 7551.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of September 1953.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, Masterton County, containing by admeasurement 673 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 8, Block XVI, Otahoua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 90/10, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Wellington plan S.O. 22737.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of September 1953.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas in the Westland Land District, Grey County, containing by admeasurement 914 acres 2 roods 11 perches, more or less, being Reserve 1936, situated in Block VII, parts of Reserves 1937 and 1938, situated in Block XI, parts of Reserves 1939 and 1940, situated in Block XII, and Reserve 1941, situated in Blocks XII and XVI, Ahaura Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 120/58, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Westland plan S.O. 4620.)

ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, Opotiki County, containing by admeasurement 894 acres 3 roods 14 perches, more or less, being Section 10, Block XII, Opotiki Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 40/4, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Gisborne plan S.O. 2901.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of September 1953.
