NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1953.
SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 10.8 perches. Being part Rural Section 965. Situated in Block I, Toaroha Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4631.) In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140801, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 71 of the Fire Services Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a fire station and shall vest in the Christchurch Fire Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1953. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the South Island Main Trunk Railway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1953. SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 24 perches. Being road adjoining part Lot 4, D.P. 578, being part Section 7 and adjoining also railway land. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street widening, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wanganui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1953. SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 12 perches. Being part Kaiate No. 1 Block, some of the boundaries of the said piece of land being more particularly delineated on D.P. 3257 and D.P. 7896 and plan deposited in the Deeds Register Office at Wellington as No. 254, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 343, folio 110 (Wellington Land Registry).
