The Standards Act 1941—Amendment of Standard Specification NOTICE is hereby given that on 19 January 1953, the undermentioned standard specification was amended by the Minister of Industries and Commerce by the incorporation of the amendments shown hereunder : Number and Title of Specification : N.Z.S.S. 43, Portland cement (ordinary and rapid hardening); being B.S. 12 : 1947 amended to meet New Zealand requirements, with Amendments PD 780, May 1948; PD 993, January 1950; New Zealand Amendment No. 3, April 1951; and Amendment No. 4, being British Amendment No. 3, PD 1072, August 1950.
