CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having is registered office at 82 Hereford Street, Christchurch, in the Provincial District of Canterbury, as a special resolution on the 21st day of August 1953:

'1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

"2. That Mr PHILIP MAXWELL MACSHANE, of Christ-church, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.'

NOTICE is hereby given that a plan of lands required to be taken by the body corporate called the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otorohanga, duly constituted under the provisions of the Counties Act 1920, for purposes of a road has been deposited in the office of the Council at Ballance Street, Otorohanga, and all persons affected by the taking are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such lands and to send such writing within forty days of Wednesday, the 26th day of August 1953, being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the said office of the Council, the said lands being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto.
