DARGAVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Dargaville Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £2,300 authorized to be raised by the Dargaville Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of erecting a worker’s dwelling, the said Dargaville Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·22d. in the pound on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property within the Borough of Dargaville, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

DARGAVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Dargaville Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £15,000 authorized to be raised by the Dargaville Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of forming, metalling, and sealing roads and streets, and providing kerbing and channelling and storm-water drainage within the Borough, the said Dargaville Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1·4d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Dargaville, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

CENTRAL WAIKATO ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
BUILDING LOAN, £40,000
Resolution Making Special Rate
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Central Waikato Electric Power Board hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing principal, interest, and other charges on the Board’s Building Loan 1953, £40,000, authorized to be raised by the Central Waikato Electric Power Board under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of financing the erection of new buildings for the housing and storage of plant, machinery, stores, and equipment, including administrative offices and facilities connected therewith, the said Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal 0·025 of a penny in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Central Waikato Electric Power District, as the same is defined by Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 27th day of July 1939 at page 2042, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and be payable annually on the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
