G. Bell against a decision of the Matamata Borough Council in respect of an application for the approval of that Council to a proposed subdivision of certain land in the Borough of Matamata.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the National Parks Act 1952, I, Ernest Bowyer Corbett, Minister of Lands, hereby appoint The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Nelson Land district, ex officio, The Conservator of Forests for the Nelson Conservancy, ex officio, His Worship the Mayor of Nelson, ex officio, His Worship the Mayor of Motueka, ex officio, Newton McConochie, Perrine Moncrieff, Edgar Rollo Neale, Claude Page Reilly, and Honourable Clarence Farringdon Skinner to be the Abel Tasman National Park Board, having the control and management of the Abel Tasman National Park, which is more particularly described in the Third Schedule to the said Act, the members of such Board to hold office for a term of three years from the date hereof.
