WHEREAS by section 167 of the Land Act 1948, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart as a reserve, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral lease or pastoral occupation licence, any Crown land for any purpose, which, in his opinion, is desirable in the public interest, and notice thereof shall be published in the New Zealand Gazette:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 167 of the said Act, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby reserve, subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948, the lands in the South Auckland, Hawke's Bay, and Wellington Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be reserved.

Authorizing Erection of a Public Hall on Ngunguru Domain, North Auckland Land District

PURSUANT to subsection (1) (d) of section 52 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby authorize the Ngunguru Domain Board to erect a public hall on that portion of the Ngunguru Domain under its control described in the Schedule hereto.
