The payment of interest and redemptions in respect of

No amount payable either as interest or as a

or any part thereof shall not in the aggregate exceed one-half
per centum of any amount raised. -
No moneys shall be borrowed under this consent after
the expiration of two years from the date hereof.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the 25th day of
February 1948 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette of the 4th day of March of that year a Domain Board
was appointed to have control of the Murupara Domain
therein described:
And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council
should be revoked:
Now, therefore, pursuant to the Public Reserves and
Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby revokes the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to.

Vesting a Reserve in the Omarama Rabbit Board

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 3rd day of
August 1953
Present:
THE HON. K. J. HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has
been duly set apart as a reserve for Rabbit Board
buildings:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it
is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Omarama Rabbit
Board:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the
day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Omarama Rabbit Board, in
trust, for Rabbit Board buildings.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has
been duly set apart as a reserve for a site for a
roadman's cottage:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General,
it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kaitieke:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the
day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Kaitieke, in trust, for a site
for a roadman's cottage.

Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby vests the control of the said reserve
in the Auckland Kindergarten Association, Incorporated.

PURSUANT to subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the reservation for
a public-pound site over the land described in the Schedule
hereto, and hereby declares that the said land, being vested in
the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the
Land Act 1948.
