CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY

NOTICE is hereby given that CHRISTCHURCH FREIGHTERS,
LIMITED, has changed its name to MACFARLANE
FREIGHTERS, LIMITED, and that the new name was this day
entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former
name.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by entry in the minute book
of the above-named company, in pursuance of section 300
of the above Act, made on the 29th day of July 1953, the
following resolution was duly passed as a special resolution:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that
LEONARD McKENDRICK SATTERTHWAITE, Public Accountant, be
and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company for the
purpose of winding up its affairs and distributing the assets
of the Company.''
