A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 33 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 2759, being part Section 130, Akitio District. Situated in Block VII, Owahanga Survey District. (S.O. 22905.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140728, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1953.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 6 acres.
Being part Lot 132, L.T. Plan 15531, being part Section 49, Hutt District, and accretion. Situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District (City of Lower Hutt). (S.O. 22477.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140708, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the public reserve set apart: 2 acres 2 roods 16 perches.
Being Lot 209, D.P. 13401, being part Rural Section 2947, formerly being Reserve 4530, situated in the City of Timaru, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 430, folio 47 (Canterbury Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of July 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 15 acres 18 perches.
Being Section 15, Block VI, Hokianga Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 37733.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140730, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 3 acres 2 roods 6 perches.
Being part Lot 104, D.P. 1149, being part Wai-o-hi-harore IB Block, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 42, folio 225, Gisborne Land Registry. Situated in the Borough of Gisborne.
