A PROCLAMATION
P
URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a hydro-electrical works and shall vest in the Taupo Town Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of July 1953.

URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton motor-way; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of July 1953.
