A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of July 1953.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:
7 acres 39 perches.
Being the Block, situated in the Omapere Survey District, called Kohewhata No. 16A, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 232, folio 141, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Kaikohe.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of June 1953.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of July 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:
2 acres 1 rood 18 perches
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 6402, being part Rural Section 243A.
Situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8571.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140498, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:
1 rood 12·8 perches.
Being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 40548, being part Opango No. 275N Block, situated in the Borough of Kaikohe, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 585, folios 6 and 7, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
