A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 3 roods 32.3 perches.
Being Lots 14, 15, and 16, D.P. 16465, being part Block VIII, Rangitikei District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 531, folio 70 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District (Borough of Marton).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of June 1953.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for social-security purposes (surgery); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of July 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 4 perches.
Being Section 25.
Situated in Block I, Ngakawau Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9775.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140522, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of June 1953.
