Present:
THE HON. K. J. HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the
Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council hereby revokes the reservation
for a site for Grammar school and playground over the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby declares that
the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land
available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
SOUTH-western portion of Allotment 34, City of Auckland,
situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District: Area,
2 acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 6,
folio 85. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/813A,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. plan

PURSUANT to section 44 of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby appoints
Christopher George Bottrill,
John Sheldon Frost,
Colin Robertson Matheson,
Lawrence Charley Whitaker,
Edward John Wyatt,
Ernest John Wyatt, and
John Leonard Wyatt
to be the Leigh Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby appoints Monday,
the 6th day of July 1953, at 8 o'clock p.m., as the time
when, and the Public Hall, Leigh, as the place where, the
first meeting of the Board shall be held.

PURSUANT to section 44 of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby appoints
Kenneth Robert Dalziel,
David James McClea,
Newton Murray Mead,
Henry Arrow Searle, and
Henry Morris Wilde
to be the Kia Ora Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby appoints Monday,
the 13th day of July 1953, at 8 o'clock p.m., as the time when,
and the Kia Ora Public Hall, as the place where, the first
meeting of the Board shall be held.

Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby appoints

James Norman,
Edward Pene,
Leonard Pene,
Waitai Petera,
Lawrence Petricevich,
Arthur Subritzky, and
Matthew Thompson
to be the Wai-ora Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby appoints
Friday, the 3rd day of July 1953, at 7.30 o'clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Ngataki Hall, Ngataki, as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SECTION 57, Block V, Hohoura East Survey District: Area,
5 acres and 32 perches, more or less.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by section
301 of the Justices of the Peace Act 1927, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that
Francis Harrison Mansell, R.N., being an officer in the service
of the Crown holding the office of Commanding Officer
H.M.N.Z.S. Tamaki is authorized to take and receive statutory
declarations under section 301 of the Justices of the Peace
Act 1927.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 22nd day of June 1953.
