being part of Section 119 of the Hutt District, and being
also parts of Lots 6 and 7 on Deeds Plan No. 135, and being
part of the land comprised and described in certificate of
title, Volume 348, folio 162 (Wellington Registry), (limited
as to parcels).
Secondly: All that piece of land situate in the Borough
of Upper Hutt containing six decimal nine (6.9) perches,
more or less, being part of Section 119 of the Hutt District,
and being also part of Lot 5 on Deeds Plan No. 135, and
being part of the land comprised and described in certificate
of title, Volume 348, folio 154 (Wellington Registry), (limited
as to parcels).
Thirdly: All that piece of land situate in the Borough
of Upper Hutt containing two (2) roods twelve decimal five
(12.5) perches, more or less, being part of Section 119 of
the Hutt District, and being also part of Lot 1 on Deposited
Plan No. 9235, and being part of the land comprised and
described in certificate of title, Volume 348, folio 151 (Well-
ton Registry).
Fourthly: All that piece of land situate in the Borough
of Upper Hutt containing five decimal one (5.1) perches,
more or less, being part of Section 119 of the Hutt District,
and being also part of Lot 5 on Deposited Plan No. 13105,
and being part of the land comprised and described in certifi-
cate of title, Volume 509, folio 252 (Wellington Registry).

The Incorporated Societies Act 1908
NOTICE is hereby given that, at a special general meeting
of the above-named society, duly convened and held on
the 15th day of June 1953, the following resolution was duly
passed:
"'That the resolution passed on the 14th day of May 1953
to the effect that the club be wound up and the same is
hereby confirmed, and that ALFRED JAMES DILLON, of Inver-
cargill, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed
liquidator for that purpose.'"

FEATHERSTON COUNTY COUNCIL
In the matter of the Counties Act 1920, and in the matter
of the Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Featherston County
Council proposes under the provisions of the above-
mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the
realignment and widening of a public road, and for the
purposes of such public work the lands described in the
Schedule hereto are required to be taken: And notice is
hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to
be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to
the said Council, situate at Kitchener Street, Martinborough,
and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during
ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded
objections to the execution of the said public work or to the
taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing
and send the same, within forty days from the first publication
of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers,
Kitchener Street, Martinborough.
