PURSUANT to section 44 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby appoints

Samuel Lewis,
Neville Reid Souter,
Gilbert McCandlish Watt, and Kenneth Louis Wilkinson
to be the Cambridge Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby appoints Thursday, the 18th day of June 1953, at 10 o'clock a.m., as the time when, and the Leamington Town Board Office, Cambridge, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Upper Hutt, in trust, for plantation purposes.
